Business Analyst in Electronic Trading for Global Markets

Job Responsibilities:
•Provide system support for clients requiring assistance with e-Trading in Global Markets
•Prioritize production incidents following business impact
•Identify product and feature requirements to meet client needs
•Liaise between SaaS package vendors and clients to organize and clarify system requirements
•Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in the Global Markets domain
•Excellent understanding of Data analysis
•Extensive Agile experience, including Kanban methods using JIRA and Confluence
•Proficiency in FX Products, especially SPOT, SWAP and Forward
•Proficiency in both Japanese and English
•Familiarity with Q/KDB is a strong advantage
•Ability to develop and manage client relationships
•Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
Work Style:
This role is based in New York, requiring the successful candidate to be on-site (NY/NJ office) a couple of times a week.
Contract:
Full Time Employee
Compensation:
The expected salary ranges from $90,000 - $110,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
