IT Project Manager in Global Markets Division

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and troubleshoot issues, implementing necessary updates and patches
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and compliance
Coordinate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate support and solutions.
Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity measures.
Conduct regular system audits and generate performance reports for management review.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent project management experience
Practical experience in IT infrastructure security measures
Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as JIRA and Confluence
Proficiency in both Japanese and English
Knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
Ability to develop and manage client relationships
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
Work Style:
This role is based in New York, requiring the successful candidate to be on-site (NY/NJ office) a couple of times a week.
Contract:
Full Time Employee
Compensation:
The expected salary ranges from $90,000 - $110,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
